Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item that we have sent to you, please notify us by email as to the reason why and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

As we have established a really good working relationship with our retail customer base, it is very important that our online customers are equally pleased with our goods and service.  Our email address is info@shimalin.store If you do choose to return an item  however, our policy is as follows:   

  1. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase date to the following address. Shimalin, 4,Old Market Cottages, Broad St North, Seaford, East Sussex, BN25 1LW
  2. The item must be in a re-saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags still connected.
  3. The item is returned at your own cost with a record of delivery  emailed to us at info@shimalin.store
  4. A refund of the purchase cost (excluding delivery charges) will be made upon receipt and inspection of the item.

For all online queries and questions, please allow a 24-hour time scale for a response from our team.

Product Representation Disclaimer

We have taken every reasonable care to ensure that the colours, styles and products are as accurate as the photographic, online and print processes will allow.  Owing to the unique nature of these handmade products there may be slight variations in colour, pattern and texture.

Shipping

We aim to ship your goods  within 3 – 4 days of receipt of your order. If there is a delay in sending your order we will inform you straightaway.
